Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your membership tier at any time. Just contact us and we’ll make the change from your next billing date.
Once your membership is active, you’ll receive a unique member code to use when booking via Playtomic. Your discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Yes. Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. There are no long-term contracts — we want you to stay because you love it, not because you’re locked in.
Guest passes are valid for the calendar month they are issued in and do not roll over. We recommend using them to introduce friends to the game — they tend to come back on their own after that.
